Among the items that hold deep sentimental value, there are often pieces that may also carry resale value. I use my experience to help identify these and provide an honest, realistic assessment- so you can make informed decisions and recoup some of the costs associated with an estate transition.

I help you with thoughtful rehoming of items through my network of trusted local buyers and auction houses, facilitating donation to an organization of your choosing, or supporting you with running an estate sale- allowing yours or your loved one’s belongings to find new owners who will appreciate them once more!

    Starting at $375 - Ideal for one small to medium room/area with medium density contents

    Includes:

    • Personalized consultation to align with your goals

    • 5 hour hands-on session in one key area (for example, the basement storage wall or laundry/furnace room).

    • Gentle guided sorting of totes, boxes, and bags so you’re no longer staring at mystery piles.

    • Goal-oriented decisions around what to keep, donate, sell, or let go.

    • Valuable item identification & consultation on resale strategies (*item listing/coordinating drop-off available for an added fee)

    • Recommendations for donation options based on your sustainability values/items being let go
      (*Donation drop-off available for $40/per trip)

    • Custom Peace of Mind project log & resource kit

    Additional 3 hr sessions are available to be added to best support your overall project goals.

    Your final quote is confirmed after our consultation and depends on the size of the space, how many items we’re sorting, and any add‑on services (like donation drop‑offs or resale help). If the scope changes as we work, we’ll always pause and agree on next steps and pricing together before moving forward.

    Includes:

    • 10‑hour in‑home session (minimum booking).

    • Detailed walk-through and written plan

    • Deep dive into 1-2 rooms/a medium sized collection

    • Hands-on sorting of totes, boxes and collections into easy-to-understand categories

    • Goal-oriented partnering to make decisions on what to keep / donate / sell

    • Hands‑on sorting with you where we partner to make decisions on what to keep / donate / sell

    • Full sort of larger defined area(s) (e.g., furnace/laundry room, full bedroom, or storage room).

    • Valuable item identification & consultation on resale strategies (*item listing/coordinating drop-off also available)
